At MAARK WEAR, we strive to deliver premium quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at team.maarkwear@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer in case of Cash on Delivery orders.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping may be arranged by us or borne by the customer depending on the situation.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale products and gift cards (if applicable).
